Substrate and preparation
The product is ready for use. Stir thoroughly before use! The substrate must be dry, sound, clean, free from grease and dust. Test the product on small areas to check its compatibility and adhesion to the substrate.
Processing
During application and drying, protect surfaces from rain, wind, direct sunlight and condensation. Apply by brush, roller or spray. Between coats, lightly sand the primer and intermediate coat once dry (P180). Wear a dust mask when sanding! Vibrant, intense colours, e.g. yellow, red, etc., may naturally have lower hiding power due to the pigments used. An additional coat may be required if necessary. The final gloss level will be achieved 2–3 weeks after application.
Drying time
Dust-dry after approx. 2 hours. Can be recoated after approx. 8–10 hours. Fully dry after approx. 3 days. At low temperatures, high humidity or if the maximum coat thickness is exceeded, the time taken to dry thoroughly may be significantly delayed.
Consumption
70–100 ml/m², depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
