Substrate and preparation
The substrate must be dry (wood moisture content below 15 %), solid, clean and free of grease and dust. Remove any existing layers of wax. Remove or mask rubber seals and silicones. Stir the masking well. Carry out a test coat.
Processing
By brush application, rolling with Moltopren foam roller or spraying with aircoat system. Do not apply in direct sunlight or when exposed to other heat sources. Two coats required. Carry out a test coat. This product may only be used by trained applicators.
Drying time
At 23 °C and 50 % relative humidity, each coat is dust-dry after one hour, recoatable after 24 hours, fully cured after 24-48 hours. Final hardness is achieved after 14 days.
Consumption
8-11 m²/l per coat (undiluted), corresponding to 90-125 ml/m². Full effectiveness only with a minimum application quantity of 90 ml/m2 with undiluted application per coat.
