Substrate and preparation
To achieve optimum results, please observe the technical data sheets for all products used. The substrate must be dry, solid, clean, free of grease and dust and must not be absorbent.

Processing
With a cloth or single disc applicator. Room and surface temperature above 15 °C.

A. Application on untreated or absorbent surfaces:

1. Prime with LEINOS Hard Oil 240. Uncoated linoleum can be waxed directly without primer.
2. Apply the floor wax 310 very thinly with a non-flowing cloth or, for large areas, with a single disc application machine. The wax must always be spread evenly and carefully immediately after application.
3. After a drying time of approx. 12 hours, the surface must be polished. If necessary, a second coat of wax can be applied after 14 days. This improves the durability of the surface.

B. Renovation treatment for conventional surface sealers:
Completely remove old coats that close the pores. Then build up the coating as under A, with prior oil treatment if the substrate is absorbent.

C. Coating structure for surfaces in need of renovation:
Waxed surfaces with water and LEINOS Vegetable Soap 930 clean. Remove stains and ingrained dirt with LEINOS Thinner 200 remove, sand out if necessary. Then continue as under A, if the substrate is absorbent.

Drying time
Can be polished after approx. 12 hours, can be walked on after approx. 48 hours, fully loadable after approx. 1 week. For reliable drying and to avoid odours, we always recommend the use of a fan to ensure sufficient air circulation on the surface during the drying phase.

Consumption
Approx. 5-10 g/m² per application. Apply sparingly to avoid drying problems!
