Substrate and preparation
The substrate must be dry, free of dust and grease, moderately absorbent but load-bearing, free of separating agents, cracks, efflorescence and fungi. Highly absorbent substrates with LEINOS Deep Sealer 620 pre-treat.
Processing
Stir well before use. As a rule, apply two undiluted coats at room temperatures above 12 °C. Spread well when applying by roller. Airless sprayable.
A. Paint on plaster, concrete and woodchip wallpaper:
Prime and apply 1-2 coats depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
B. Plasterboard, fabric wallpaper:
With LEINOS Deep Sealer 620 prime. Then paint 1-2 times.
C. Solid old coatings:
Thoroughly clean old coats of emulsion paint. Completely remove and rewash distemper coats. Carry out a test coat! Remove all traces of old latex, oil and varnish paints. Then apply a coat of paint as described under B.
Sprayability:
Non-binding guide values: Airless: Nozzles 0.38-0.43 mm, spray angle approx. 30°-40°, filter approx. 100-50 meshes.
Drying time
Dry after 12 hours at 23 °C and 50 % relative humidity.
