Substrate and preparation
Substrates that have not yet completely set, are acidic or, above all, have a strong alkaline reaction or are highly absorbent must first be treated with LEINOS Deep Sealer 620 (water-based concentrate). Also unstable substrates and sanding plasters.
Processing
Brushing, rolling. Room and surface temperature above 15 °C.
A. Mixing:
stir 10 kg Casein Wall Paint 640 with approx. 7 litres of water until there are no more lumps. Then leave to soak for 30-60 minutes. Then add another 1 litre of water and stir well. It is best to work with a drill mixer attachment.
B. Tinting:
LEINOS Pigment Concentrates 668 in the desired quantity and mix carefully.
C. Processing:
It is best to apply the colour evenly with a roller or tassel. Avoid thick coats, rather apply two thin coats. Casein Wall Paint achieves its maximum opacity when dry. Due to its solubility in water, Casein Wall Paint is only suitable for the LEINOS glazing technique to a limited extent!
Drying time
Approx. 16-24 hours. Ensure good ventilation!

0.15 kg powder/m²/coating, may vary depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
