Substrate and preparation
To achieve the best possible results, please refer to the technical data sheets for all products used. The substrate must be chemically neutral, sound, dry, clean, free from grease and dust, and free from any substances that might bleed through. Depending on the desired result, first treat the substrate with LEINOS Interior Smoothing and Texturing Filler 684 and with Deep Sealer 620 Apply as a primer diluted with 1 part thinner to 1 part water. Alternatively, use White Emulsion Paint Plus 660 Apply a full coat to achieve a finely textured surface. Mix Effect Filler 632 with approximately 10 per cent Pigment Concentrate 668 colour individually. To achieve pastel shades, use half Pigment Concentrate 668 white and another coloured one Pigment Concentrate.

Processing
Room and surface temperature above 15 °C.

A. Filling:
Using a Japanese spatula or similar tool, apply a thin layer of the coloured Effect Spatula 632 using the desired technique. At least 2, preferably 3, coats should be applied. These may be in the same or different shades. Each subsequent coat must be completely dry before the next is applied.

B. Post-processing:
Once dry, the coloured wall can be polished to an elegant satin finish using a lambswool polishing pad. Additional protection for the surface can be achieved by also using LEINOS Wall Wax Finish 350. Transparency and colour depth are significantly enhanced by waxing.

C. Tip:
LEINOS recommends trying out the filling technique on a coated sample panel first, so that you can assess the choice of colour and the technique.

Drying time
Can be coated again after 2–3 hours; can be polished after approx. 24 hours.

Consumption
Between 30 and 70 g/m² per pass, depending on the type of design and application method.
