Substrate and preparation
To achieve optimum results, please observe the technical data sheets for all products used. The substrate must be dry, solid, clean, free of grease and dust and must not be absorbent.

Processing
Product is ready to use. Stir carefully before use! Brushing, rolling or spraying. Room and surface temperature above 15 °C. Check compatibility and adhesion with the substrate by creating test surfaces. Lightly sand (P180) between priming and intermediate coats after drying. Wear a dust mask when sanding! If necessary, a second coat of White Lacquer can be applied. The final gloss level is achieved 2-3 weeks after application.

A. Coating structure for untreated or absorbent substrates:
Prime absorbent substrates with LEINOS Primer Oil 220in damp areas with LEINOS Impregnation Primer 150. Alternatively 1 order with LEINOS Resin Lacquer Primer 810. After drying, apply 1-2 coats of White Lacquer 820.

B. Renovation coating on existing old coating:
Sand and remove dust. Then apply 1 - 2 top coats of White Lacquer 820, with primer if the substrate is absorbent.

C. Renovation coating on heavily damaged old coating:
Completely remove any loose paint, then sand. Further coat build-up as under A, with primer if the substrate is absorbent.

Sprayability:
Non-binding guide values: Airless: nozzles 0.23-0.33 mm, spray angle: approx. 30°, filter approx. 180 meshes.

Drying time
Dust-dry after approx. 8-10 hours, dry and paintable after approx. 24 hours, completely dry after approx. 3-6 days. This system requires sufficient quantities of atmospheric oxygen for drying. For reliable drying and to avoid odours, we always recommend using a fan to ensure sufficient air circulation on the surface of the paint during the drying phase.

Consumption
Approx. 70-100 ml/m² per coat. Apply sparingly to avoid drying problems!
