Substrate and preparation
To achieve optimum results, please observe the technical data sheets for all products used. The substrate must be dry, solid, clean, free of grease and dust and must not be absorbent. We recommend priming with LEINOS Resin Lacquer Primer 810 and an intermediate sanding with 150/180 grit. For highly absorbent surfaces, a triple application with LEINOS Primer Oil 220, Resin Lacquer Primer 810 and top coat can be useful.
Scrape out resin spots and clean with LEINOS Thinner 200 clean. Resin build-up cannot be prevented with technical coating measures.
Brilliant, intense colours, e.g. yellow, red, etc. may naturally have a lower covering power due to the pigments used. For these colours, it is therefore advisable to use the LEINOS Resin Lacquer Primer 810 mix with Finishing Lacquer in a ratio of 10:1 or apply a further coat in the desired colour.
Processing
Product is ready for use. Stir carefully before use! Apply by brushing, rolling or spraying. Check compatibility and adhesion with the substrate by creating test areas. Protect surfaces from rain, wind, sunlight and condensation during application/drying. After drying, sand lightly (P180) between the primer and intermediate coat coats. Wear a dust mask when sanding! If necessary, a second coat of Finishing Lacquer can be applied. The final gloss level is achieved 2-3 weeks after application.

Non-binding guide values: Airless: nozzles 0.23-0.33 mm, spray angle: approx. 30°, filter approx. 180 meshes.
Drying time
Dust-dry after approx. 8 hours, touch-dry after approx. 12 hours. Can be sanded and painted over after 24 hours. This system requires sufficient quantities of atmospheric oxygen for drying. Therefore, ensure good ventilation. At low temperatures, high humidity or if the maximum layer thickness is exceeded, drying may be significantly delayed. For reliable drying and to avoid odours, we always recommend using a fan to ensure sufficient air circulation on the surface of the coating during the drying phase.
Consumption
Approx. 70-100 ml/m² depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
